Make a freezer. I encourage you to gradually build up your freezer supply by doubling the recipe once or twice a week. That way all you have to do is heat it up (or enjoy it cold).

Or, if you’re like me, you might dedicate a large chunk of time on the weekend to cooking/baking.

Over time, you’ll have quite a large collection to rotate through! You may be dreading it as you read, but your future self will thank you. Trust me ;).

Prepare foods in advance. Dedicate one day to washing fruits and vegetables, cutting, cooking, etc., and then store in containers. That way all you have to do is take them out of the fridge and add them to your plate(s)!
